Supreme Court won’t block Chrysler-Fiat deal

June 9: Nearly 800 Chrysler dealers around the country are closing their last sales as affiliates of the parent company Tuesday as the Supreme Court allows the sale of the company to Fiat go forward. CNBC's Phil LeBeau reports.  (Nightly News)The Supreme Court on Tuesday cleared the way for Chrysler’s sale to Fiat, turning down a last-ditch bid by opponents of the deal.
